NewCurrents of Calm: Sound Bath on the WaterSwimmingDrift, float, and unwind at this one-of-a-kind sound healing experience held right in the water. Led by vocalist, musician, and sound healer Kimberly Harrison-Rieli, this 4-week series invites participants to gently float on rafts while immersing themselves in the soothing vibrations of live sound healing. Sound healing uses resonant tones, instruments, and vocals to help guide the mind and body into a state of deep relaxation. Combined with the natural weightlessness of floating on water, this practice can help ease tension, quiet a busy mind, and support a sense of calm and restoration. Each week offers its own unique soundscape, so participants can return again and again for a new experience — or simply come once to try it out. No experience with sound healing, meditation, or floating is necessary. Just come ready to relax and let the water and sound guide you.Fall 2026 -
