Introduction to Costume Design

This course serves as a great opportunity for students who wish to begin learning about Theatrical Costume Design. Over 6 sessions, the students will learn about:
-Color Theory and Design Terminology
-Hand Sewing
-Machine Sewing and Patterns
-Elements of Design
-Creation of Design
Enrolled students will leave with a creation of their own. While a majority of the supplies will be provided, students will be asked to provide their own fabric for the final project.
