Coach Jeremy Volleyball Skills

This Coach Jeremy program is for any student looking to improve their volleyball skills!  During this eight-session course, participants will work on skills and drills essential to being a fundamentally sound volleyball player as well as get additional work on in-game strategy and dynamics.  Whether this will be your first time learning about the game of volleyball, or if you played during previous seasons, there is plenty for you to learn while having fun!

Participants need to wear comfortable exercise attire and gym shoes.
